Who we are
CK Wai Mai LTD was established in March 2022 by Director Chi Keung Henry Ng.
Originally from Hong Kong, Henry immigrated to London to pursue his studies, where his
culinary journey began as a chef specialising in Chinese cuisine.
Years later, he relocated to Northern Ireland, bringing with him a wealth of experience and
deep-rooted culinary knowledge. From the mid 1980s through the early 2000s, Henry
founded multiple restaurants and takeaways, significantly shaping and influencing the
evolution of European-style Chinese cuisine in Northern Ireland.
With decades of expertise, a rich repertoire of recipes, and a passion for sharing authentic
flavours, Henry launched Wai Mai to bring his culinary vision to a broader audience than ever before.
